April 25 fugitive report

[This post was made due to the paranoid belief that any appearance of me (Jack Y.) was leaked to the public and due to a severe lack of self-esteem.]
We are getting reports that the so-called "fugitive of society" may have been spotted and filmed on local television (without his knowledge, obviously) in the area throughout the morning and afternoon of April 25.
