I've kept announcing a countdown on Twitter until a major clue drop to the CODE RED series and its contextual fictionally controversial case file, #SK09-HM10-07XX (which, however, consists of two very real videos that are not mine, and released on October 25, 2007 and January 2, 2008 - which is why those dates (minus the year) are CODE RED episodes).
However, since I'm still all the way over here for the month of June and staying until July (hopefully for one week into July), I haven't made any preparations and I still don't have access to stored footage.
The least I can tell you is what significant number "will pay the price" and caught a sniper off guard as stated in CODE RED Aug 31 2010. In the meantime, decipher the backgrounds of the May 2011 videos, watch the Payback vlog series, and find the clues in the CODE RED videos so far.
