These are presented, in no particular order, as if they were part of the fictional CODE RED investigation into the fictionally controversial case file, #SK09-HM10-07XX. Up to the release of the CODE RED finale, these notes will be clarified with links to each related area of interest, so keep checking back.

- Not much is known
- Aug. 31, 2010 surveillance footage shows ally at outdoor stage (area of interest) next to former supposed 99.97% leader attempting to deliver a cake by making a clumsy leap
- Aug. 24-Sept. 21, 2010: Was believed to be at another outdoor stage beside subject
- Jan. 2, 2011: May have boosted morale of one of the mercenaries assigned to mission. Hit by "voice actress reference" glitch via mental inhibitor.
Believed to have summoned a Companion Cube - (hair color classified until further release)
- Unknown date before Sept. 8, 2009 ("Picture is Unrelated" YouTube post date): Chased by and defeated by two nightmarish men in an "epic fail nightmare"
- Dec. 25, 2010: Attacked a sniper using what is known as a finger gun strike
- Jan. 2, 2011: Used a vehicle similar to that in "epic fail nightmare" to cause damage to a camper van. May have sustained minor damage from a misaimed sniper rifle shot.

- Dec. 25, 2010: Witnessed and was hit by ally's finger gun strike aimed at sniper
- Believed to hang out with ally who caused finger gun strike.
- Alleged to be friends with former supposed 99.97% leader.

- Oct. 25, 2007: Fictionally controversial video with risky angle released. Later sorted into case file #SK09-HM10-07XX. Believed to be originator of inexplicable green onion missiles that appeared from Oct. 25, 2010-Jan. 2, 2011.
- Mar. 17, 2009: GLaDOS's human-like "other body" is created and closely modeled after subject on day of superslinger2007 (persona)'s physical death. Believed to be created by missing person who enjoyed smashing keyboards in various surveillance footage.
- Sept. 23, 2009: A RED sniper meets with subject on "personal matters", on the same day a RED heavy weapons guy defeats Haruhi and a BLU spy. RED scout and Konata also believed to be in area at the time
- Apr. 30, 2010: BLU soldier statement: "Pleated skirt, green hair"
- July 20, 2010: Subject escapes.
- Aug. 31, 2010-Jan. 2, 2011: Was under close protection by the RED sniper at an outdoor stage, who has since constantly referred to subject as a "princess"
- July 20-Nov. 30, 2010: Believed to have also been at another outdoor stage starting from escape date
- Jan. 2, 2011: Missions complete. Subject demonstrates uncanny abilities as depicted in case file videos (which may or may not have been caused by mental inhibitor glitches), and is believed to be paired up with the Sniper.
- April 22, 2011: Resurfaced at unidentified "digital world" (via unknown teleportation or placement method) located near other outdoor stage (not the area of interest)
- May 3-5, 2011 approx.: Resurfaced again; superslinger2007 (no disambiguation given) believed they didn't use her services properly
- May 22, 2011: In a coverup, Payback vlogs censored by superslinger2007 (persona) against Jack's (superslinger2007 (user)'s) wishes; however, clearance was overridden and segment was posted.
- June 8, 2011: BLU spy cloak report: Among announcements on coincidental date from one year earlier, subject found sleeping in car
- June 29, 2011: BLU spy cloak report: Strange circumstances tied to subject lead to report that someone's moustache has gone missing; details unknown
- July 1-2, 2011: Mental inhibitors' malfunctions lead to blue screen of death with hidden clues. Two broadcasts depict characters going onscreen.
- July 1, 2011: BLU spy cloak report: On a tip by the sniper, overheard something about bacon hotdogs and assumes the engineer would be involved. Audio recording posted on July 5.
- July 2, 2011: major appearance leads to shutdown of superslinger2007 communications at 8:30 PM PDT
- July 7, 2011: In an audio recording posted on July 14, the sniper is angry at circumstances related to the "princess" he was closely protecting and her newly found, highly misinterpreted, rotating interest in bacon wrapped hotdogs.
- Sept. 13, 2011: Subject slated to make another appearance on the speculatory date of March 9, 2012
