Events identified as light rail transit station opening festivities and a local Japanese Omatsuri festival; both events are unrelated but were held on the same day.
- Three copies of a train papercraft were obtained
- Felt like he had to be on the move as he left the event area, though there was some frustration with fare expiry times and the wait for a bus
- Reports indicate that there were conversations with whom the fugitive identified in debriefings as "a good friend in the Otafest staff"
- Checking out some areas at the festival left the "fugitive" tuckered out; though he headed to a distant theatre to get tickets for the...
Doctor Who "Deep Breath" screening
- As hinted before, he chose the same theatre as the 50th anniversary screening of "The Day of the Doctor", 9 months later
- Reports indicate "fugitive's" throat got sore from attempting to move quickly; condition lasted a few days since
- Arrived approximately a half hour later later than he did 9 months prior, but like with the Dragon Ball Z screening, people could enter the empty theatre and take spots
- Reports indicate a lot fewer people showed up in costume compared to the admittedly much bigger 50th anniversary event, again 9 months prior.
- Further reports indicate the "fugitive" got someone else to wave at the camera... after a fit of reluctancy similar to the one for the Dragon Ball Z screening. "Fugitive" marks this one as withdrawal from [5161814].
